Does anyone know if there are any on-the-fly compression programs for the pocket PC? It would really be nice to save a little room on my 32 Mb device (Maestro).

You could use a zip utility. There are a number of them out there. ezyUnZIP (http://www.cnetx.com/ezyUnZIP/) is one of those. Also Resco File Explorer 2003 has a zip utility built into it. What is nice about Resco File Explorer 2003 is that you can open files while they are still in a zip archive.

With the current crop of zip utilities available is it possible to zip installed programs and run them from the start menu. I guess what I am looking for is like the compression Windows uses to double disk size but still allow programs to run properly.
