Active Sync Woes

Ok here is my question....I have a folder inside my personal folders in outlook called inbox. I move all my mail before i leave to that folder so when i am not online i can still read it. Shouldnt active sync get that email onto my pocket pc? What am i doing wrong?

I can't answer that question, I can only ask another:

Why did activesink all of a sudden start getting stuck on my inbox synchronization? It just keeps going and going. It shows as if it's working but it's really frozen. I have hard reset my device, and reinstalled activesink (upgraded to 3.6). Any advice? A hint: when I deleted my partnership it wouldn't let me use Pocket_PC as a partnership name. It said it was already in use.

Tools->Options
Select Inbox and click Settings
Check the folders you want to sync with your PDA.
