CompuPlus (http://www.compuplus.com/insidepage.php3?refer=pricegrabber.com&id=866) is selling these for $106 (not including the $14.95 shipping). Mobile Planet's shipping, at least to California, is $6.19, so the CompuPlus deal is still slightly cheaper.

Here's a better deal I found at Pocket PC Passion.

Neutron Express has the SanDisk 256 MB SD card (http://www.neutronexpress.com/prod.cfm/204519/SANDISK/SDSDB-256-768/256MB_SECURED_DIGITAL) for $55 :!: (after a $30 rebate).

They also have the Cruzer version (http://www.neutronexpress.com/prod.cfm/176688/SANDISK/SDCZ1-256-07/256MB_CRUZER_USB_INTERFACE_256MB_SECURE_DIGITAL_CARD), with the USB reader, for $69 (again, after the $30 rebate).

Great! I just got an e740 and have been looking to expand my storage. I have been looking at both CF and SD (not sure which is better), but this is a great price regardless. I may have to pick one up. :)
