I use Agenda Fusion, and there it's easy... so it must be somewhere in "normal" pocket-outlook too !?!?

It's sort of possible, if you don't mind a work-around. :-) Here's how:

Create a new Category called "Private" (or whatever).
Add that category to all of the contacts that you want to keep private.
In the Contacts program, drop down the list at the top of the screen.
Select More....
Select all categories except Private.
Click the OK button.

All of your contacts will be shown except those with the Private category and those without a category. That means that you should ensure that all of your contacts are categorized.

When you want to see all of your contacts, do the following:

In the Contacts program, drop down the list at the top of the screen.
Select More....
Select Private. (NOTE: You could just select All Contacts in the previous step, but then hiding your private contacts would require reselecting all categories again instead of just deselecting Private.)
Click the OK button.

When you want to see only your private contacts, do the following:

In the Contacts program, drop down the list at the top of the screen.
Select More....
Select All Contacts. (NOTE: If Private is in the drop-down list, just select it and you're done.)
Drop down the list at the top of the screen again.
Select More....
Select Private.
Click the OK button.

When you want to hide only private contacts again, you'll have to deselect Private and select all categories again.
