5455 Battery & Hard Reset

Anyone else experience the battery just dropping dead? I've tried a soft reset and the thing acts totally dead. I put on the charging stand and it says it is charging but pull it off and it dies again. I pulled out the battery twice and on the second try it hard reset when I put in the cradle again. Wonder if it has something to do with the security and all the resets and craddle docking. :(

Considering how new this model is, it should not be having battery drain problems. See if you can trade it in a get a new one...

None of the things you really mention should cause the battery to drain. Unless it's accidentally turning on in your pocket....
