Backlight not working

Quite often the backlight doesn't work on my Loox. I can reset it and turn it off and on as much as I like but it still won't go. If I leave it for 10-20 minutes it might work, it's very unpredictable.

Has anyone else ever had problems with theirs?

Did anyone get their loox' backlight turned on while staying in dark? :cry:

yes, it's a real problem with the loox. FSC service reps have admitted this but there is no fix available at this time. cheers

Strange thing with this issue (that i also suffer), is that it ALWAYS fires up when you're in a light environment. When it's dark, it simply doesn't work....AND THAT"S WHEN I ****ING NEED IT !!! :evil:

Lets hope FSC is working hard on it...Well they say they are. But they've been saying that for eight months, so they can't be working that hard.

This is one of the biggest problems with the loox, I have to hold my loox under the overhead light in my car when I want to use it for my GPS, or just look up a number ect..
