How is it $20? The link you provided points to a NetGear CF Card that is priced at $49 which is $30 off the original price.

Do you know a way to get it down to $20 that I don't see here?

Actually, the price is $49.99 with a $30 coupon or reduction. If you add it to your cart and then go through the checkout procedure, the $30 will be reduced from the $49.99 price making the pre-shipping and tax price $19.99. The bad thing is that shipping, at least to my address, was about $9.50. So with tax and shipping, my cost was around $34 and change. Still not too bad for this card.

Yes, there is $30 off after $49 at checkout. But with S&H $9 and Tax $4.57 (CA). The final frice is $33.56
You can buy a PCMCIA-CF low cost adapter (available at Radio Shark), then you also can swap this WiFi card between your Laptop and your PDA too.
