Backlight on Axim X5

Hey how do you know if backlighting is on.. if brightness is up all the way...or when do u actually use it seeing that the screen is already at it's brightness ?

Well... if I'm understanding the question... you know it's on if your screen glows. ^_^; Heh... erm... if it's not glowing... it's off.

And...If you want to see the brightness setting go to Start>Settings>System>Brightness to see what it is set at. :wink:

Or you can use the "Switcher Bar" that places 3 buttons at the top of your Today screen, one each for closing programs, checking backlight strength, and checking battery power.

oh i get it now.. the backlighting is the light of the screen.. it's nothing specials.. kinda like a lamp.. i thought it was for when u can't really see cause outdoors is so bright.. and u click it on and it gets brighter or something .. that's what i meant by the question
