Brand new. I won a gift certificate on another board, I'm really happy with the Piel Frama Case for my Ipaq 3850+SS2 case and I ordered this because it would have expired at the end of 1/31/03.

here's a link from the Vaja site to the case that I ordered: It's still in the box, showed up today, the case normally goes for $49.90 + $18.00 shipping.
