Expansion Pack Plus Battery Problem

I noticed the latch on the battery pack is starting to break and the battery does not sta securely attached. Has anyone else had this issue, and if so, did HP replace the battery? The latch seems to be poorly designed with such thin plastic being used.

I got my CF+ almost three months ago and use it all the time - no problems at all - I find the build quality to be quite good.

Call HP and request a replacement; I'd assume it would be covered by warranty. My CF+ has been near-perfect, knock on wood, but I rarely touch the latch.
