Check your Connection Settings
Start>Settings>Connections

On the last drop down make sure it is set to "My Network Card connects to "The Internet"

PS: This is assuming you are trying to connect to a Wireless router/Access point of some kind.

If this doesn't work post again and I'll go more in-depth.

Not exactly what you're looking for, but here is some stuff you can do once you get inet working:

Built In Applications: http://www.pdajunkie.net/wirelessinetppc.htm

BitStreams ThunderHawk: http://www.pdajunkie.net/thunderhawk.htm

Tell me about your setup. WiFi Access Point/Router or are you connecting Ad-Hoc? WEP or open network? I'm an iPAQ guy but I'll do the best I can.

I'm assuming that you sre trying to connect via DHCP: Verify your settings in Start>Settings>Connections>Network Adapters and make sure that this is set to use 'server assigned IP Address'

1. Download a copy of Pocket DHCP (freeware) http://www.geocities.com/lincomatic/software.html

2. Can you navigate to the setup program of your access point? Address varies depending on brand (you'll have to provide this).

3. Check the IP Address of your device using Pocket DHCP. Do you have an IP starting with 169.??? If so your device is not getting an IP from the access point. You'll have to check your access point settings to figure out how to make this happen.

See how far that gets you...

Is that little image button on the bottom right of your PPC pushed which will prevent it from loading images?
