Can the 32Mb version of XDA support STK if I upgrade the ROM?

According to the FAQ on XDA site in Asia, it's in their roadmap to include STK into their XDA. So was wondering if the ROM update allows us to access SIM applications.

I don't think that they would limit the support to this on the new ROM update. I think if they did they would limit third-party support. I haven't tried myself as I am not a programmer, but I wouldn't think that they would limit themselves and would be a gross oversight (and mistake) if they did.
