View Full Version : AvantGo won't detect my Toshiba e335

AvantGo can't detect my Toshiba e335 through my regular sign-on with them. I've downloaded the right software and tried different ports but still nothing. I do get content from them through the default program that came in ActiveSync but I would like to use my account. (It worked fine with my palm but I am NOT going back to that peice of junk just to get it. :x

So you have downloaded the PPC version of their software and installed it on your PC and your Toshiba and it still isn't making the connection?

Here are the typical solutions -
- Make sure it is set to sync in activesycn
- Stay at Port 80
- Run the test on your computer to make sure the software can connect to the AvantGo Servers (via AvantGo Connect on your PC)
- Make sure your user name and password are correct in AvantGo Connect

If noe of these work, Contact AvantGo Support and see if you need to try to connect directly to their IP address.
