I'm an ex-Palm user and I've recently bought an IPAQ but I find ActiveSync to be a real hassle. I'm able to synch my calender from Outlook but ActiveSync continues to tell me my tasks and contacts are unresolved. What causes that and how do I resolve it? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Usually for me the conflicts will resolve after a couple of syncs. I assume that this is not happening for you. Try going under the options tab(on active sync bar) and highlight the conflict item and then click settings. Make sure the settings are the way you want them and click apply. Hopefully this will help.
