I Love Dell!

Man I ordered my Axim on Dec 18th. When I pleced the order it said the ship date was going to be the 31st. Well They shipped it on the 21st and it is on the truck for delivery today the 23rd. That is good customer sevice. Almost 2 weeks early and in time for christmas!

I had the same experience, which was EXACTLY the opposite of what occured with the Viewsonic. I ordered the V35 from Amazon, they overpromised and underdelivered. Dell is just the opposite. Their promised ship date was Dec-23, I received it Dec-17. This is my kind of company. :D

I think you will find that, in general, Dell pushes out their committment and then exceeds expectations.

There was A LOT of thrash a few weeks ago where people were upset about their "delayed" deliveries even though the promised delivery date was still to come.

Personnally, I'm very pleased with my whole Dell experience. They promised a ship date of 12/18 but I got my Axim on 12/12.
