Email trouble with attbi and PPCPE using outlook client

Anybody else have issues accessing a POP3 mail account at mail.attbi.com domain using tmobile PPCPE? Tmobile is dragging their feet on the troubleshooting. Browser based email on the PPCPE just don't do it for me.

To access ATTBI you need to use ssl encryption when you're not on their network. Don't they just suck?

Anyway, the faq to do it is somewhere on their website. I'm not an ATTBI customer so I don't know where it is...
