Use PCMCIA Card in PDA?

Hi:

This might be a silly question (I am new to Pocket PC's) but, here goes anyway. I have a PCMCIA wireless card that I use in a notebook. Can I use this card in the compact flash slot of my Dell Axim? Does someone make an adapter for this?
