GREAT PPC THEMES.....and WHERE???

I am looking for some great japanese anime or cartoonish themes. FOR THE POCKET PC.... I have attempted to try and use some photos. But unfortunately my pc would give half or not even half of the photo as my wallpaper. Tell me how to do my own, or where I can find some already made. THEMES or WALLPAPER JAPANESE ANIME TYPE
