Is there some kind of IRC channel dedicated to the Pocket PC?
I tried a search but I found nothing. Are there other places where dedicated Pocket PC'ers hang out? Some huge newsgroup?

I don't know about IRC (I don't use it), but there are newsgroups. Microsoft has a bunch of them. You can find Web-based versions on Chris De Herrera's site (http://www.cewindows.net/newsportal).
