I ordered the 400 mhz unit and received it with a cradle. I called Dell today to order a separate sync cable and they told me that it should have been included with my unit. Did anyone else get both a cradle & sync cable at no extra charge?

No I did not ordered and received cradle only.

I believe they're confusing the 400MHz and 300MHz units...
