interesting question about BT and PPCs

ok.. i was thinking and thought of the real reason that i would prefer a pda/cell phone instead of a separate ppc and cell phone is that it'd be neat to see the person who's calling you's picture on the screen and to just have one device.. ok enough with that.. the issue at hand here is this: can a BT phone be made to send caller iD info to the BT PPC and then have the PPC prompt the user to accept the call and thereby (with a BT headset) eliminating the need to touch the cell phone ever?

I've never tried to do this myself, but I was under the impression that this is part of what applications such as Running Voice GSM (http://www.pocketpresence.com/rvgsm.asp) and mPhone (http://www.mobem.com/products/mphone25/index.php) attempt to do.
