Ok, I got my Axim, and I tried installing ActiveSync 3.5. I installed it successfully, but I got a connection dialogue box, indicating that my Axim could not be detected, when in reality, it is plugged in via USB!

I think there might be a problem with the Axim USB drivers. I see them on the CD, but I dont know how to load them into Windows.

Much help would be greatly appreciated.

Your Dell Axim drivers will automatically install when you install AS 3.5 from the Dell CD. If that doesn't work, make sure you are not using a USB hub. Someone reported a problem with that. Also, make sure your desktop BIOS is up to date.
