Firmware won't install on my Jornada 568

When I click on the firmware update on my Jornada 568 it saids.
The file name is: hpFW11RL


The firmware update file is not valid for your device. Please delete this file.

Hp firmware update was not installed successfully. Please run Setup again.

What is the problem? I downloaded the right one.

It looks like you already have the firmware update installed. This is the same message I got yesterday when trying to install the firmware update. I wasn't sure if I had installed it before, so I just tried again. No harm done (I don't think). I was able to install EUU3 afterwards.
