OK, I've been trying to stream TV from my Radeon AIW with Media Encoder to other computers on my network (especially my PPC) with the instructions given in this thread:

I can see only a the TV app with a black box where video should be.
If I try to stream straight from the video card instead of doing a screen capture, Encoder hangs while it tries to start up the stream.
In order to get around "device not ready" type errors about the TV card, I am using a Microsoft program called AmCap to initialize the card (it's part of the DirectX 8.1b SDK).
I'm sure someone out there must stream their TV! Hopefully some of those are streaming from an All In Wonder card and have some idea whats wrong here :D
