Software to Remotely Control Windows Media Encoder.

I'll admit, I havn't really searched much, but I have a feeling this one will come up short. Does anyone know of any software to allow one to remotly control Windows Media Encoder? All I want to do is change the channel my tv tuner card is on (I want to attempt streaming of my TV Tuner Card to my PPC over the wireless network to). If not, I might look into writing my own software to do such.
