Frankly, Pumatech had nowhere to go but up with their Intellisync's alleged support for Lotus Notes. I shelled out the $70 for the product back in April, and had nothing but problems with it, from dropped connections to an inability to sync the Journals. ultimately, CommonTime's mNotes Cadenza was the superior choice, hands down.

I had similar problems - it kept duplicating entries, which caused ACT to do the same and then it would do it again to those new ACT duplicates, etc. Add to the fact that it ignores all day appointments and/or converts them to midnight to midnight duplicates (triggering the domino effect yet again...). Then the call to tech support resulted in a bored and angry tech telling me that they didn't provide any support unless I removed all previously installed applications from my laptop first.

All in all, a huge waste of money that caused me hours of grief.
