What do you guys recommend as a good TCP/IP toolbox?

In particular, I'd like to get some kind of RARP tool.

vxUtil is one of the best, and it's free (http://www.cam.com/vxutil.html), but no ARP/RARP :(

That's what I use. Excellent tool. Thin interface but does not take much to figger it out.

And they have apparently added vxIPConfig, with renwew and release options.

5 days ago... no kidding. I already have CEIPConfig (http://www.furrygoat.com/Software/) though.
