It looks like casio is is leaning more towards industrial models for their newest pocket pc, which will use the Xscale processor and the windows CE .NET OS. It's kind of a pity because i thought casio always made pretty good pocket pc's, and i was hoping they would try to stay in the running with the newest pocket pcs.

Casio has been failed by corporate negligence, I too thought they had a good device, but Casio never seemed to believe in it and promote it. Now they are slow with the industrial models and said they are just going to keep the BE series.

Casio made excellent quality 1st generation Pocket PCs, but when Microsoft announced they were switching to ARM-only processors, Casio was caught by surprise. They scrambled for a new device, and the E-200 was the results. It's easy to see the drastic difference in quality between the EM-500 and the E-200. Hell, they went DOWN in number!
