My sister-in-law has purchased an e 310 (with a great deal of prompting from me :) )... and now has had problems with the battery going dead...
We figured out that the unit was turning on when she put it into the case - I said "no problem :!: " just change the set-up so that button presses and screen taps do not turn the unit on...
I went to show her how (me in Detroit and her in Dallas) and low and behold i find on my Jornada 658 these selections are part of "hp settings" :oops: ...
Are the Settings for turning on with the screen and buttons "exposed" on the e310? Through which applet???
