Seems like the 64Mb version of O2 XDA is already available. I've found it here, http://www.doml.com.sg/product.asp?id=658 . The price is SG$1415.53 before taxes and shipping. According to their website, the unit is not SIM locked at all. Hope that this helps all those who're holding back their XDA purchase due to the limited 32Mb memory. :)

Of course, this says nothing as to whether or not the unit was shipped with 64MB or upgraded via aftermarket techs.

Looks like it is shipped with 64Mb and not upgraded. It's out on O2's website, http://www.myxda.com/web/template/XdaSpecification.vm
