If this has already been posted here, I apologize. Someone posted in the Brighthand forums that T-Mobile had doubled their data plans (for example $19.99 now buys 10MB/month up from 5MB/month, and you also get 300 SMS messages up from 50), but that you had to call them to request the upgrade.
Sure enough, I called the other day and they upgraded my data plan as per above. When I called, the first Customer Service Representative I spoke to was not aware to the data plan upgrades, so they transfered my call to their Wireless Group, who quickly accomodated my request. If you call, the first Customer Service person you speak to may not know what you are talking about. Just ask them to transfer you to their Wireless Group so that you can upgrade your data plan.
