How did you get your new site to sniff for PPC browser?

How did you get your new site to sniff for PPC browser and forward users to the ppc optimized site? Instead of using favorites, I prefer to just use my own web page for all my links but I'd like to be able to do the same as you've done with your site.

I've never done it, but I imagine all he has done is sniffed the browser string. PIE would have a different and unique identifier in it.
