A little help...?

hey everyone,

I'm having some troubles with mp3s on my 3970. I'm having a problem with playback. I transfer the file over through Active Sync, and everything is fine, but when I try and play it, I get an error saying;

"Windows Media Player cannot find the file. You may not be connected to the network, the file may have moved, or you may have entered an incorrect file path or name"

I store all my mp3s on my SD card, so I tried playing them directly from the iPAQ itself, but i get the same error...

Any suggestions?

The upgraded Pocket PC software supposedly eliminated the need to put MP3s in the My Documents directory, but you might try putting them there and see if that eliminates the problem.

Do you get the same message when you click on the file directly from file explorer?

this probably isn't the problem, but it's worth a shot:

are you making sure to open the file from the "local content" list, and not a playlist?
