IPAQ Silver Slider

Has anyone had a problem with cracks in the finish and paint chipping on their silver slider? I received mine (for a IPAQ 3765) around the end of May and I have this problem already. I read a rave review about the painstaking process of multiple coats of paint and lacquer finish but why cracks and peeling paint after 3 months???? My IPAQ lives in its Vaja Case and I dont sync via cradle. Ive emailed George to no avail. Any thoughts?

To clear up the confusion, all emails were forwarded to GM's new address once I received it. The bottom line is that the Silver Slider will be fixed. (hooray!!!) While I am waiting for it to be returned I look forward to spirited discussions about our favorite topic.....Pocket PC's
