newest version of ppc 2k2

I bought some software for my Ipaq and wasnt able to run it. I emailed the company and was told that I didnt have the newest version of pocket pc 2002. I have version 3.0. I didnt know that there was an upgrade. I went to the ms site and saw that there was a service pack which dealt with Internet Explorer ONLY. Does anyone know what is the newest version of ppc 2k2?

There really isn't a "newer version" of PPC2002. There have been a couple of End User Updates which you can probably download from your device manufacturer's support site, but that's all. What software are you trying to run and what are the problems you're experiencing with it?
