WiFi Streaming

Can anyone tell me how to set up WiFi audio streaming through with MP3? Basically, I want with MP3 to recognize my desktop collection. I can see it in file explorer but can;t get it to recognize. Also, a similar explanation for WMP would be helpful as well.

For anyone interesting, i bought Pocket LAN which makes the ipaq recognize the the folders you want like a storage card.
