My current cel phone provider in Canada has a "kit" which allows you to connect your cel phone to your PPC. It is essentially a cable with a CF slot adapter and it is referred to as as "Socket Digital Phone Kit". Can anyone comment on using that method versus using a serial sync cable from the ipaq connected to a nul adapter connected to the cable into my cel phone?
In one config. (the one supported by the cel phone provider) I would be going through the CF slot whereas in the other config. I would be going through the serial connector on the ipaq. Will there be a sig. speed difference? (Max of 14400 with the CF and 9600 with the serial?)
