Running Voice with Merlin mode

I am trying to use my Ipaq with merlin 201 modem as cell phone
When I am trying to establish call I am getting a reject message and then I can’t connect to the network anymore (I am getting the message offline)
Anyone have experience working with Running Voice 2.0 and Merlin mode?
With the Nokia card I don’t have any problem
Can someone lead me how to config the running voice to work with the merlin card?

The Merlin C201 supports data only. You cannot use voice with it. You need the Sierra Wireless Aircard 550 if you want to do voice and data.
