How do i get all the programs back on the ipaq

if i do a hard reset, then how can i get all the default programs back on to the ipaq?

By 'default' programs, if you mean the rom-based programs, after a cold reset, they should be reloaded on the Operating System load from the rom.(by cold I mean no batteries, main or backup, total amnesia)

Other 'installed' programs have to be either re-installed from your PC or restored from a Compact Flash card or other source using the restore program that is a default of most CE devices.
