ActiveSync with Outlook 2002

Hi,

I am trying to sync my outlook 2002 with my pocketpc but I just cannot sync my calendar, notes, contacts and task lists.

I can only sync my inbox.

When I go into the MS ActiveSync options dialog, there is no checkboxes beside the calendar, notes, contacts and task lists.

Any idea how to resolve this problem?

Make sure you have installed the latest build from Microsoft.
(Should be 12007 or greater).

You can install from www.pocketpc.com
You can install straight over the old version.

I still cannot get it to work.

My Active Sync is build 12007 while outlook 2002 has SP-1.

Try deleting the relationship that exists and try again - you should be offered the options settings initially - during setup - if this doesn't happen, somethings very wrong! Let us know how you get on?
