Yes, even if the playing around with the SDKs for some time now have been fun, I wish for a real device SOON!

Exactly...I'm tired of all the SDKs and whitepapers, and would like to actually be able to HAVE one of these devices. Sometimes I question product introduction strategies for items a year or more away.

Getting the actual device is pretty difficult, even if beta test phones cost about 1900 Euros. All coders I know that have requested the beta unit have been rejected by Sendo.
As far as I can see Sendo is not used to deal with software developers.

Fortunately there are other manufacturers that appear more open.

I'm not talking about getting a beta unit, I want a PRODUCTION unit. I understand they're still in development, but I (as a consumer) really don't care about the constant releases of betas and SDKs, just tell me when I can have one.

I was accepted as an early adapter and I still don't have a phone. They keep sending us emails that they will be sent "real soon now".

I even got a moving notice from them that they were changing offices, maybe that's where the beta phones are :)

I actually have a friend who has one and tells me the voice works great. But hasn't used the data at all.
