Change the icon of a program?

Does anyone know if it's possible to change the icon associated with a program on the PPC?

Not to my knowledge. (that's not saying a lot).

Why? I know that if you develope an application in embeded VB, you can't set the icon. You need to create a embedded Visual C wrapper to set the icon. Is that the problem your're having??

No, I'm using a checkbook program and like the icon from another checkbook program. Thought it would be nice to change the icon. Had some weird idea that it might be similiar to changing an icon in windows.

Nope. It's embedded in the application. Unlike on a desktop, even when creating a new shortcut, the icon has to be the one of the original application.
