Dear All

Anyone know a good anti-virus package for PocketPC?
I see Symantec do a 'Palm' (wash my mouthout!) version of Nortons.
Other packages I've seen seem (but I'm open to correction) to protect the server PC when you connect your palmtop to it for synching purposes, but
I think just as important is protecting the palmtop itself!

Cheers

I've seen varying arguments on this topic. On the one hand, the files that get onto your Pocket PC probably come through your desktop PC. So, protecting your desktop means that your Pocket PC would be protected, too. On the other hand, if you download files directly from the Internet or open e-mail attachments on your Pocket PC, you could be vulnerable.

Personally, I don't use any anti-virus software on my Pocket PC. I don't open attachments on it and am very careful about the files I donwload to it. I think that keeps me adequately protected.
