Can I delete this file ? IMT***

I got lots of this file in my Temp folder.
IMTB6F5, IMTE43F, IMTF201, ... 40 more.
And the size is 0 bytes - 800 bytes.
Can I delete all those ?

If they're in your TEMP folder, sure - delete, soft reset.
