Disable Buttons on IPAQ 3850?

Is there a way to completely disable the buttons on the IPAQ 3850? I have them set, using Start/Settings/Buttons to where they aren't set to work with any program AND I have set the backlight to not come on if a button is touched or screen is touched.

If I turn off my PPC, and touch ANY button, it turns on. Problem is that I'm completely losing the battery life as it keeps turning on when in my bag if it gets bumped...

Go to www.scottandmichelle.net and look in his Windows CE section - there's an application that "does nothing". Granted, the button will still cause your device to power on, then do "nothing". I think getting a case is your only option.
