I'm seeing really odd things with the server in the last 72 hours - some posts process in 1 second, others take 50 seconds. I have yet to see a post fail, so be patient after you hit that button, even if it takes a full minute. That's not normal of course, so we're going to reboot the server at 11 am MST and we'll see if that helps. Damn Linux! <img src="http://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/forums/images/smiles/icon_wink.gif" /> We have a dual 800 mhz PIII server with 512 RAM, and the only other site on the box is <a href="http://www.pocketpctools.com">Pocket PC Tools</a>, so I'm a little surprised that we're seeing the performance problems we are. I'll look into it further...in the meantime, if you happen to dupe your post, click on the "DELETE THIS POST" text link next to the EDIT button in the upper right corner of your post. Thanks!

EDIT - hmmm - that would be the one that took over a minute to go in. 8O

Yeah, it's a shame that a server devoted to PPC is running on Linux ... 8O

We're might be switching to .NET Server in the future, but we're putting so much work into our PHP infrastructure, I'm leery of moving to .NET unless I know the php functionality is there. Or I have an army of programmers to duplicate everything in ASP. :-)
