I currently have a hotmail account, but that is a HTTP. I need it so i can use the inbox on my ppc. I setup hotmail with outlook 2002, but that just created a hotmail inbox, and the pocket pc syncs the original outlook inbox. So, what is a good IMAP or POP3 free email service?

Give FastMail (http://www.fastmail.fm/) a try. They give you a free IMAP mailbox, and you can even select from a long list of domain names for your e-mail address. Very flexible service. The free account is sufficient for most users, probably, but they have a few premium options, too, for affordable prices. They've even got a tutorial for setting up your account in almost every major mail program, including the Pocket PC Inbox!

The other alternative since you've already got Hotmail is 'Hotmail add-on for Pocket Inbox'... it works verey well. $3 at Handango. Ciao!

If you don't mind German GMX is very good. I've been using them for a while now with absolutely no problems. No ads or anything. www.gmx.net
