This software keeps track of your exercising and eating habits and helps you create a plan for weight and health management.

(And, no, I do not base my personal diet on Mountain Dew!)

• Track nutrition information for the food you eat every day.
• Set diet goals for losing or gaining weight. Then watch your progress.
• Log information about your workouts and exercise. Track heart rates, training zones and other useful data about every exercise.
• Easily organize and rearrange a vast number of food items according to menus, recipes and customizable categories.
• Track valuable daily data besides your weight, including resting pulse rate, hours slept, blood pressure, and even diabetes-related information. All this data can be graphed later, identifying trends or submitted to a physician.
• Several useful calculators to help you analyze your health in real time, including BMI and Target Heart Rate.
• Track points from popular diet programs such as Weight Watchers (tm).

The Web page says that a desktop companion version will be offered soon. That's one thing that I really like about Two Peaks' software; their desktop versions make extensive data entry and review much easier.

You should. Look at the ingredients. Orange Juice! That's right. Orange Juice in Mountain Dew. I cannot think of a more healty way go get the day started than a 16oz Mtn Dew.

That was my excuse for going tough 6 pack a day for breakfast in highschool. I couldn't explain the 6 pack a day of jolt for lunch however.

I installed the trial version right after I read this announcement yesterday and so far I'm pretty impressed. I had been dipping my toes into the proverbial pond of exercising and eating right, but this might be what pushes me over the edge.

It makes me want to exercise so that I can put that information into my daily journal. And since I don't want to have to add "a piece of candy from my candy jar at work" every time I eat one, I haven't been eating them. I'm going to have to start snacking less so that I don't have to figure out the calories in every snack I have.

I don't know - I might not be able to stick with it, but the program is certainly well-designed with easy entry, nice graphs et all.

I agree, it seems to be very professional and they've covered most of the bases. The thing I'd like to see is a summary of the total carbs, protein, fiber, etc eaten each day, week, month.
