Pocket PC Thoughts has good support forums as does the Microsoft newsgroup microsoft.public.pocketpc but often times your question may have been answered by Microsoft themselves in their Knowledge Base.

Simply pick out your product, which sould be Pocket PC, and a few key words describing either your problem or what you want to accomplish and chances are a few articles will come out. I am going to keep a watch on the KB articles and post new or updated links here periodically. You may solve a problem you didn't know you had. :-)

• HOW TO: Use MSN Mobile to Set Up Your Mobile Home Web Page for Your Mobile Device (Q314777)
• Cannot Use Duplicate Connection Names in the Pocket PC 2002 Connection Manager Tool (Q319737)
• Pocket Excel: "Error Occurred" Opening File in Invalid Format (Q178050)
• PRB: Errors When You Use Pocket PC to Browse to the Mobile QuickStart Tutorial (Q306159)
• Pocket Excel Uses Tahoma Font Instead of the MS P Gothic Default Font (Q321311)
• BUG: ADO CE May Cause System to Stop Responding When You Add Many Records (Q317698)
• You Cannot Download Mail from a Server Without UIDL Support (Q321119)

Check out www.kbalertz.com where some guy already monitors the Microsoft KB for new articles. You can pick the different products you are interested in, then they will email you with links to any new articles.
