What do I have to do to get this site optimized for my HP568? So I don't have to scroll left and right.

No, optimization is done by the site creator. The front page and comments are optimized for the pocket pc; however the forums are not. There is nothing the user can do.

We're working on it, but it's a fair bit of work to come up with new templates. :)
